Admission Process and Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed 10+2 / PUC or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board.
Admission Procedure
   1.Application Form:
Candidates can obtain the application form by paying Rs.100 Application fee from the college office Forms are available during office hours (Monday to Saturday). Fill the form carefully with accurate personal, academic, and contact information. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
   2.Submission of Application:
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents after the announcement of their qualifying examination              result.
   3.Counselling and Document Verification:
Candidates must appear for counselling/document verification on the specified date.
   4.Final Admission:
On successful verification and payment of the prescribed fees, admission is confirmed. Admission will be provisional until approved by the university.
Documents Required
  • SSLC / 10th Marks Card (Original+ Photocopy)
  • PUC / 12th Marks Card (Original + Photocopy)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Caste / Income Certificate (if applicable)
  • Migration & Eligibility Certificate (for non-Karnataka students)
  • Passport-size photographs (2 copies)
  • Aadhaar Card (Photocopy)
Guidelines for Students
  • Admissions are subject to approval by the affiliating University.
  • Students must ensure eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Submission of false or misleading information will lead to cancellation of admission.
  • Students must adhere to deadlines for application, counselling, and fee payment.
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable as per college policy).
  • Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis or based on merit list, depending on the number of applications.
